• Total charge at booking: $150

  • This includes a $50 rental fee

  • Plus a $100 refundable hold

• Extensions may be rented for 24–48 hours

Once the hair extensions are returned in full and in good condition, $100 will be refunded to you.

Important Return Policy:

• Hair extensions must be returned and dropped off at the artist’s location

• If extensions are not returned or if pieces are missing, the $100 refundable portion will be forfeited to cover replacement and resupply costs

• Extensions that are excessively damaged may also result in forfeiture of the refundable amount

Extended Return Accommodations:

• If you are traveling or out of town, extended return arrangements can be discussed in advance to ensure a smooth and fair return process

How Custom Travel Pricing Works:

• Travel outside listed service areas is calculated based on total mileage to and from the artist’s base location in Rio Rancho, NM

• The quote will reflect:

  • Mileage

  • Travel time

  • Fuel costs

  • Extended kit transport

  • Any additional considerations (early call time, multi-day bookings, difficult terrain, etc.)

• Clients will receive a clear, upfront travel total before confirming their appointment
